BACKGROUND

Swansea Uplands RFC is a rugby union club based in Upper Killay, Swansea. After having £1m an uplift on the venue itself, the membership team decided it was time to bring the club away from cash payments and start future-proofing their business. 

Using Yoello’s reporting tools and customer analytics, Uplands RFC has been able to be smarter with their orders and understand their customer trends. The club has two different venues attached to the system as well as having the ability to offer member and non-member prices.

CONCLUSION

Using Yoello throughout the club and field, Uplands RFC has increased its accessibility and ease of ordering. Peter found their cash percentage has dropped significantly, meaning there is less discrepancy with book taking and staff have found there is less room for error with orders.
