If we hadn’t got the Yoello app we would have to have a lot more staff physically going round and taking orders and it wouldn’t be viable us opening, simply because of the wage costs. I definitely recommend other pubs to look at mobile table ordering because going forward I don’t think they’re going to be able to survive without it. What Yoello offers is a lifesaver for us.
Yoello has played an integral part of our reopening strategy. Not only has it provided a customer friendly table service solution, we've seen an uplift in both wet and dry sales amongst ourselves and the other vendors within the Depot. The platform has massively improved the customer experience and made operations much easier for staff.
The fact you don’t need to download an app is massive, you just scan the QR code and it makes it so much quicker. The volume of orders coming through from day one shows that people find Yoello really easy.
Best thing about Yoello is it’s fluid, fast and you don’t need to get to grips with tech because it just works. It’s way more efficient not having customers in front of you… we had 100 orders in 10 minutes, which is no problem for us now.

We spoke to a gentleman called Joe Green, and I can say from the get-go (Wow! Wow! Wow!) what a service. He was very professional, had a lot of patience with me as I’m not a very techy person and in all honesty, the app was running within 24 hours and we’ve already started taking orders and sales - I couldn’t be happier, great fantastic service.
