Yoello Wins 6 Awards Across 2 Award Evenings

Yoello has been recognised as one of the UK’s top growing FinTechs after winning 4 awards at the Wales Start-up Awards 2021 and 2 at the FinTech Awards Wales.

The mobile payment solution that launched in 2019 won 2 prestigious awards at the Fintech Awards Wales - both for best New Product Of The Year and FinTech Scale-up of the year.

At the Wales Start Up Awards, Yoello took home Wales start-up of the year, Cardiff start-up of the year and Fintech start-up of the year.

CEO and Founder Sina Yamani also won Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Following Yoello’s success, Sina has featured on ITV News Wales and has been nominated for an award at the Barclays Entrepreneur Awards 2021.

The CEO and Founder said: 

“It is really exciting to see Yoello go from strength to strength. I’m proud of our team for getting this recognition and for all the hard work we’ve put in to get to this point.” 

Yoello has gained widespread recognition over recent months, having branched out across seven countries including America, Australia and Spain. The fast-growing FinTech has also just joined Tech Nation’s prestigious FinTech 4.0 programme which aims to support and connect the industry's best business founders.

The company has also grown from 5 to 70+ employees in just over a year with the head office recently relocating to Capital Tower in central Cardiff.
